Return and Refund Policy

 

  • Replacement claims are valid for 7 days from the order delivered date.

 

  • Wrong or damaged product: Contact customer support with images for resolution.

 

  • Replacement for plants: Available if the plant is damaged (uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves). Note: If the plant is not curable.

 

  • Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.

 

  • Missing or undelivered parts: Eligible for reshipment.
